The team I'm on has argyle on the new skinsuits, much to my chagrin... I think that while cool on SS/Chipotle, once it trickles down to the local ranks, it's lost it's irony and cool. Much like the trend a few years ago to hijack classic pro team strip for your local team (Molteni and 7-11 among others - we had PDM here in town), the argyle has become trite. I'm trying to figure out what the new argyle is as I plot next year's kit...
