A view from the rafters in a nearly deserted Kuipke. A smattering of people are in the infield and in the stands. This perspective is from our nosebleed seats, but similar to my experiences with Cameron Indoor Stadium at Duke University there's really not a bad seat in the house within these intimate older venues.

Currently, several of the espoirs participating in the evening's first event (the UIV Cup) are warming up prior to their flying lap TT and 200 lap madison. The competition is fierce season-long for these espoirs...a contract to race with the pros on next year's 6-day circuit is at stake for the winning team.
