I think that Allan Peiper a couple of years ago (still?) had a Patat Frites trailer. (Selling French Fries with mayonaise on the streets of Belgium.) And also is racing the "Old Star" races against guys like Roger de Vlamink (and doing well at it.) A strange - interresting career for sure. Great post!

Balsem turns the legs RED from heat, the oil (like mint honey!) repeals water and rocks that PRO Shine. Be sure to buy lots of wash-mitts at the store!!!
